We are not a cleaning company and we do not employ cleaners.
Cleaners are independent contractors.

By using our website or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Role

• We connect clients with independent cleaners.

• We coordinate communication, scheduling and service requests.

• We do not control how cleaners perform their work.

• We are not responsible for the actions, behaviour or performance of cleaners.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate service details

• Ensure safe access to the property

• Pay the cleaner directly (unless otherwise agreed)

• Communicate respectfully with cleaners

4. Cleaner Responsibilities

Cleaners agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their experience

• Maintain valid ABN and insurance

• Communicate professionally with clients

• Complete services to industry standards

5. Payments

• Payments may be made directly to the cleaner unless using a managed booking option.

• Prices may vary depending on service requirements.

6. Liability

As an agent:

• We are not liable for damage, loss, or unsatisfactory performance caused by cleaners.

• Any disputes regarding cleaning performance must be addressed directly with the cleaner.

• However, we are happy to assist with communication or rematching.

This protects you legally.

7. Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule before the cleaner arrives.
Cleaners may charge a cancellation fee if notice is too short.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
