Refund Policy

1. Our Role

Dawn Woods Services is a cleaning agent / matching service.
We do not directly provide cleaning services.

Payments are typically made between the client and the cleaner.
Refunds therefore depend on the cleaner’s individual policy.

2. If You Are Unsatisfied With a Clean

If you are unhappy with the service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • We will help coordinate a re-clean or assign a new cleaner

We do not guarantee cash refunds because we are not the service provider.

3. Managed Bookings

If payment was made to us under a managed booking:

  • Refunds may be issued depending on the situation

  • If work was not completed, we may refund the fee

  • If work was completed, refunds are at our discretion

4. Cancellations

  • Clients must provide reasonable notice

  • Cleaners may charge a cancellation fee if notice is insufficient
